    It looks like Michiyo was having some issues. She's put in a temp fix, and, at the time of this writing, registration is open. Since the fix is temporary, it will probably go down again when she starts working on it again.

    You can go to your Game Account Settings at any time to reset your username and password. Make sure you're using the pc-logix manifest in Tequila, not the Score one or any others; your credentials from here won't work on that server, nor theirs here.
