That error means the game client exe wasn't found, which means possibly AV blocked the download, or deleted it after the download. If you continue having this issue after a verify, System -> Settings -> Check "Log" Hit "OK", then close and re-open the launcher, and redo System -> Verify and send me the log output in a Private Message.
