The scroll bars don't go all the way to the bottom of the list when window scale is set above 100%

The IO does not actually give status resistance. (or at least, it doesn't show up on combat attributes. My particular Aegis is "attuned" - so it may be particular to that mechanic. (my other attuned IOs all seem to work just fine though)
