About This File
This will install the Victory Launcher, and a base set of files to login to City of Heroes: Victory. The launcher will download the rest of the game client after install is completed.

Released
Moved to new install wizard. This new wizard will install any missing .Net framework, or Visual C++ Libraries.
Fix: An issue where if the launcher got an update while installing an update, if you restarted while the download is running the system will think the update finished. Leading to a broken install.
Change: to how the configuration is handled. Will no longer try to import settings from Tequila, this should have been removed ages ago.
