Hello,

I was looking very forward to play City of Heroes and I tried downloading the game over night following the instructions under the "How To" option available on this sight but ran into what I'd describe as maybe a tech issue. Below her is a screenshot of the problem I'm having downloading the game. It says that my launcher is stuck at 97%. Could I please get some help with this?
