Adds a popmenu that aids in collecting accolade powers. Each menu entry prints a description of how to earn each badge, and entries become options to use the accolades when badges are earned. On Beta shards, the menu has options to immediately grant the accolade power.

Update 1.1: The menu can now be used to activate accolades, and on beta shards to grant the accolades for free.
