Replaces the animation for Claws -> Spin to Dual Blades -> Typhoon's Edge.

The animation for Male body type is unchanged- the Spin animation for them is split into two files so unfortunately it looks buggy when applied. However, the replacement animation will play while flying for Male body types.

Notes:
Energy Melee -> Whirling Hands shares the same animation so this will also change.

Power animations changed:

Claws -> Spin
Widow Training -> Spin
Energy Melee -> Whirling Hands
Energy Assault -> Whirling Hands
