This set was made at the inspiration and request of my good friend Arbiter Armora.

This was primarily made to change sonic attacks Coruptors/Blasters/Defenders/Sentinals
As City tends to recycle sounds, you will get random Owl sounds from other things in the game.
Notably, some Psionic powers.
